LeSalon is bringing the beauty booking experience into the 21st century. Customers can book vetted freelance therapists in their home or office. We’re digital, on-demand and delivering high-quality services to busy working professionals all across London.

We are looking for a highly motivated, charismatic and resilient Business Development Lead to join our team. If you’re looking to make a real impact and be a part of our beauty revolution, then apply to work with us today.

You’ll be in charge of leading our sales outreach and client management. We work with corporate businesses to offer beauty treatments to their employees as a perk. You’ll be responsible for signing up new companies and looking after our existing base of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and outbound sales.
  • Face to face and phone meeting with new and existing clients.
  • Onboarding new clients.
  • Retaining signed clients.
  • Working with the operations team to ensure the clients you sign are having a great experience.
  • Reporting to senior management and the rest of the team.
  • Hitting your monthly sales targets.


  • 1-3 years sales or recruitment experience is preferable.
  • You’re a real self-starter and you have the ability to own responsibility and deliver results.
  • You’re confident and hungry – you’ll knock down walls to hit your targets.
  • You’re a people person with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’re a team player and are happy to get stuck into any task we may throw your way.
